Girls' Day & Dinner

Yooooo. As promised in the previous post, this time's gonna be filled with picccctureesssss. Can't wait??? I can't too hahahahaha. Ok what bullshit am I talking right now. Lets gooooo.

Here's what happened, wenyi, jess and I had been planning to go out together since Os and since we were free today, we decided to go out today! :D We wanted to go explore cafes and just eat, eat, eaaaaat and enjoy life. That's life after Os, isn't it??? xD Yup, so wenyi suggested us to go 'Hatched' located at Holland Village since all of us had never been to that place before. AND IT'S EGGGGGGGGGS. I LOVE EGGGGS. DO U KNOW?????? NOW U KNOW HEHEHEHHE. HAHA oops. Moving on. Then, I went to ladyironchef's blog to look up for nice cafes to visit and there's a cafe located at Holland V as well! So why not? :-)))) It's called 'MU Parlour' btw. Hehehe so we decided to go to these two places where we could just chit-chat and have some girls' talk y'know :-)

Sooooo today had been a really long day for meh. (Sort of) Woke up, bathed, ate a bread for breakfast, changed up and off I go to meet up with wenyi and jess in da mrrrttttt. I mean, I boarded the same mrt train as them! But today I actually boarded the diff train as them LOL. So I alighted the next stop which is Simei and waited for their train to arrive. Took the train all the way to Buona Vista instead of alighting at Paya Lebar to take the circle line since we had seats so why not just relax and sit till Buona Vista? Hehe xD We just chit-chatted and time passed quickly. Not long after, we reached there and took circle line to Holland Village which is the next stop aha.

Afterwhich, we alighted at Holland Village. A foreign place for mehhh and jess. So wenyi took the lead. We followed the address to where the 'Hatched' is and idk it was luck or what, we arrived real soon after walking down for awhile hehehehe.

And this is their big big wall. So cute leh these drawings!!! HAHAHA. They used colour chalks to draw. I think the drawings are really cute :p

And this is their menu!!! Whoaaa, even the graphics on their menu are so cute :p They are those characters which are drawn on the wall as well!

Before our meals arrived, they gave us salt & pepper. I was looking elsewhere then and for a second, I thought these were real eggs LOLOL. Similar what! HAHAHAHA. 

And here's what I ordered! Mmmm, looks tasty?? It's called Croque Madame: french toast w/ bacon, cheese and that poached egg on top (ok, u can see from the pic above haha) and oooooo, those steak fries. Hahaha I initially thought the fries contain beef or smth O.O But it made no sense LOL. Fries? Beef? Together? Like together??? Hahaha aiya u know what I mean. So we asked the person there and nope, steak fries mean BIG-sized fries. That's all. Yeah. I was sooooo super duper full after this meal man. My stomach was like pooooof into one big ball. But it's yummy! I love french toast so I gave this a try. Luckily, it didn't fail me :') We sat down there for like quite long which we chatted hehehe. Know so much things (shocking) from this conversation! Shhhh. But, I don't really believe some la hahaha oh well.

Thennn, we walked down to the MU Parlour. I think Lady's Luck on our side then. We didn't know how to go but we just coincidentally found our way there. Like poof, it appeared just beside us as we walked by HAHAHAHA. That's good :D

Chocolate mocha!!! The name easy to rmb hehe. It's damn yummy too! Not too sweet or bitter. There's this both the bitter and sweet taste lingering in your mouth after that one heavenly bite *-*

If I had the chance, will definitely going back to try out other desserts! But before that, I need to explore many other cafes too hehe. CAN'T WAITTTTT. BUT. ALL. NEED. FREAKING. MONEY. Urghhhh.

After having all these 'photoshoot' ahahahaha, we went to bugis to go Haji Lane. A bit disappointment sia. Nth much though haha and like idk. The feeling was just... Like that. Nothing to wonder about or wtv haha. Took a few photos though but they're not with me now! Afterwhich, I joined lynn, chia, ty, dx and dino for dinner at Changi Village!!! My first-time there wooooo. AND AGAIN. I'm eating again :/ Didn't get to exercise the past few days siaaaa oh no. Fats accumulating. Shitballz. Ok wtv. Spoil mood saying all those ahahaha. Here's the fooOoOoOOOOOooood :-)

All heaty sia. Almost all la haha. Feel like I'm falling sick soon. Waking up early tomorrow again :-( Hoshit. Shall sleep soon after this!!! Have already been feeling a little uncomfortable before the dinner :/ Oh well, kind of rushing this post cause I'm feeling..... :/

Job training

Before I get started on the job training which was in the evening around 430?? I'll talk about what I did before that first! :p

Ok gonna warn first, this post has no pics LOL. It's going to be dull and boring. So bear with me if you're interested to read ah hehehe.

So I had planned to go have my eye check up this morning @ amk with my mum!! Some of you may be wondering why would I have to go so far to just have my eye check up (and get my contact lense's supplies which are running out) when I'm staying in tamp hahahaha. Good question LOL. Just saying, I go to Eyechamp de. As for why I go to their amk's outlet is simply because that's where my uncle had introduced us to go there since his friend worked there and we could have discounted price during our first trip there (when he brought us there!!) Sooo I go there la since my records are already there and there may be special promotions or wtv for regulars like us xD 

Ok moving on. Bused to AMK hub and walked down to the shop! Was kinda nervous to know how much my eyesight had increased hahahaha. Luckily, my eyesight for both eyes have only increased by 50!!! Urmmmm, that's not a lot.... Right?? HAHAHA. Phewww. Since my eyesight increased and since I'm alr there (which is once in awhile), I am changing my specs again ^^' And I've gotten my new contact lense's supplies as well! Now I do not have to be frustrated over how uncomfortable I felt when I wore my old lenses out :'D Afterwhich I had duck rice for lunch nearby wooooo and took mrt down to aljunied!

Reached aljunied earlier than the time I was supposed to meet Lynn and chia which was 4pm ah. I reached there like 330?? Huhuhu. But they came earlier than 4 too (because of me)!! Hehehe thanks babes :* we had simply nothing to do there. It's aljunied ahh, what to expect :/ oops HAHA. I mean there are no malls for us to look look see see ah :( so we bought grass jelly and headed to the building for our job trng!

Deng deng deng. Job trng. Hmmmm. It wasn't any fun thing to begin with la. We just initially stood there and listen to the person-in-charge (Melvin) talk then moved into another room where we could finally sit down. Another speaker took over Melvin and this time round was a Korean guy!!!! HAHAHA so cool hor. But not young one la. Awww :( so we sat down for like 2h?? Then we had mac for dinner which was bought by our 'bosses' or smth hehehehe. Had Ebi burger! Taste not bad sia :O oh and corn :p Afterwhich they continued. Finally, we got to know our grouping for that 4 days. And I guess I have some man luckkkk?? All my team members are guys except for one girl (excluding me) and this girl only comes during the weekend..... So I have to work with 3 guys on thurs and fri :')))) hahahahahaha oh well. Gonna suck it up and just treat it as a chance to meet new guy friends! LOLOL. Really sad that Lynn chia and I are separated into diff teams at diff booths laaaa :-( boohoo.

Sunday

Just got back from my grandma's house not long ago!! So we celebrated her birthday today in advance (her actual bday's on 2 dec) ! :-)

Woke up this morning and ate a piece of bread to suppress my hunger for awhile before I had my brunch at home and headed out. When my mum and I reached there, only my aunt and her 3 princesses were there. Haha two of them kept stick to me xD and the youngest one had grown so much more!! Cause she was so much smaller in size the last time I'd seen her! Still pretty and cute as before :) the other two have put on weight le ahaha aiyo, my aunt needa to control them ahhh!!! So the adults all chit-chatted while I just listened to my songs and used my phone. My battery started to drain and my cousin just had to play the games on my phone during this time. Sighhhh. Let her play for awhile and charged it with portable charger lor.

Around 545?? We went to a place near my grandma's house to have steamboat for dinner!!! Yummmmm. The food's good man! And I found my love for cereal prawns *-* (had cereal prawns before during prom and I liked them too! Hehe) Was so full after the dinner ogosh. After dinner, we went back to grandma's house to cut the bday caaaake. Took photos, blew the cake and that's all.

Yup so that was my Sunday. Kinda boring :-( and cause my phone's on low batt, I couldn't even use my phone. Can u feel how bored I am without my phoneeeeee. :( 

Anywayyy, it's a bday celebration for my grandma! Sooo still joyous la haha. And I got to see my cousins as well! Hahahaha alright, that's all. Going to check my eye (hope my eyesight doesn't have a great increase.... Oops) with my mum and job briefing with chia and Lynn tomorrow!! And my week ahead is packed with activities. Idk why I feel whoa LOL. Never been this busy before sia HAHA. (Exclude school days pls) I'll be going out with wenyi and jess on tues, having another job interview with chia and top's movie on wed and working from thurs to sun!!! HAHAHA busy hor. At least I won't rot at home la heh.

Prom x Updates

Sup guys!! Haha sorry for not updating my blog about the recent events I had last week! Was simply too lazy :p I had been watching my drama 'Master's Sun' last week as well, plus I spent most of my time outside, I didn't really have much time to have a proper post heh.

So here I ammmmm, updating you guys on what I had been doing during last week! Using laptop ;-) (LIKE FINALLLLYYYYY)

Last saturday

Went to bugis with chia to accompany her to find her clutch for prom! Visited many shops and walked a lot a lot. Initially, she did see a clutch that's to her liking but the cost is kinda high a little so we decided to look look see see, hunt for more clutches first before making the final decision. Because our stomachs were already growling before we managed to get her clutch, we had our lunch first @ Everything with Fries!!! It was my first trip and I had been longing to try their food for quite sometime already. Sooo YAYYY.

Ordered their fish n chips with chia! Mmmm, it's goooood. The fish is damn fresh. Outside crispy while inside soft.  *-*

OHH. And we saw these 3 big iron man (life-size I think) models while we were on our way to EWF!!! Damn cool hor. Whoa. I prefer the first one tho, the newest one! :p

Continued to shop around. Went to Bugis +, Bugis Junction and Bugis Street. LOL. Yes all the 3 bugis places. But we still ended up going back to the first shop where she found the clutch that she liked xD Well, I guess we have to walk all places to know how much the first one is good, isn't it?? This happened to me as well! HAHA. I bought (well my mum did) my clutch from the first shop I visited x) Headed home and changed before heading out to meet up with the rest for basketball! :D

PROM (Monday)

Yahoooooo. IT WAS PROM YO. Since it was at night, I got up and watch my Master's Sun first hehe before I bathed, had lunch and got ready to go cheryl's house. My mum did my make up! I liked it :p Then, I cabbed to cheryl's house haha. 

AND GUESS WHAT????

While I was on the cab, I realised that I didn't bring my prom dress ^^' But I was already on the way there alr. So my mum had to bring it for me while I waited for her at cheryl's block. Hahahahha, I could forget anything but not my prom dress and I just pian pian forgot about it LOL. Cheryl's mum helped my curl my hair. I thought the curls were too puffed up initially, but they started to loosen later on soooo I was glad hehehehe. Chia came and she did her hair there, too. Time was running out so we were rushing here and there xD Luckiy us that cheryl's dad managed to fetch us to Hotel Re (where our prom was held) even tho his leg was sprained :/ So much thanks to these people mannnnn (my mum, cheryl's parents HAHAHA). Went to fetch lynn before heading to our destination. OooooOoOOoOO, it was kinda nerve wrecking while we were on the way there! Cause I kinda worried my outfit was 'too over' or smth la. Finally, we reached! And apologies to liann who had waited for us there for very long time! We were so colourful I swear. While the rest were donned in like black or white?? Like darker colours. But us? I'm mint, cheryl's blue, lynn's purple, chia's pink and liann's white! HAHAHAHA. But I'm soooo glad that our outfits weren't that over cause some even dressed more glamorous than us! And everyone looked so stunning *-* Pretty and handsummmmm woooo. 

We wanted to reach at 6 but we ended up reaching at around 630-645?? Aha, I couldn't rmb. The reason why we wanted to reach at 6 was because of the photo booth!! But hor, waaa. Disappointment sia. The photo booth wasn't like what we expected, like there was really a place set up with like pretty background or smth?? NO. It was just a place, like a place there. Ok Idk how to say HAHA. Then the photographer just took a photo of us and instantly printed for us. I mean..... Like there's no pretty background setup or wtv la. We expected smth like that hahahaha. Oh well, it was okay. Waited for the guys before going inside to settle down. Ooooo, the guys looked good! HAHAHA. Yay, so we got in and sat down at our table 16. So there were quite a few activities and lucky draw. Badluckzhiyu didn't get any prize from the lucky draw :-( Dino and lynn got tho!! Dino got some voucher at capital land while lynn got a boy's watch from Converse! Then, lynn and ty even got on stage to do some dancing la HAHAHAHA. And then smth freaking embarrassing happened...... Wa I now type also got goosebumps sia. Kill me pls. I got called up to the stage as I was nominated for the prom queen. I mean... Not that I got chosen was xiasuay but rather what I did there was........ The host asked the male nominees for prom king to do some funny stuff and I down there was like 'GG' I was shaking la, like really lol. Then it was our turn. 

HOLYPIGCOWDUNG.

He asked us to catwalk, do some sexy stuff la. OK SO YOU SEE, I CAN'T AND NEVER DO SMTH SEXY LOOOOL. If you know me personally, you'll know why. You can't even expect me to do smth lidhat hooooosssshhhhiiiittttt. When it was my turn, I just made a fool out of myself lor. LUCKILY. I no need to go sch already or else I.... Don't know la. At that point of time on stage, I was really really really nervous and after my turn, I wanted to dig a freaking hole so much to jump inside to bury myself so so soooo badly man. Oh well, it was over!!! And the prom queen and prom king were nabilah and chenyi from sec 5 respectively! Both my bball seniors sia hehehehe. :p

Okkkk so after this prom queen and king thing, we had our massive phototaking session!!!! Wooooo. Take photos with pretty and handsome ;) Took a lot with pretty girls kekeke.

Mr Sim! Our discipline master ;) He likes to crack COLD jokes and they are really colddddd. Hahaha, even tho he's not my teacher in any one the 4 yrs, I know he's a really fun and good teacher! Gonna attend his wedding in Dec! Yes, he invited our cohort :')

And this pretty sums up my day during prom!!! Enjoyed it with these peooopleeee. Heh, all so pretty and handsome! And this is gonna be the last time our cohort actually do smth tgt! Time really flies man :(

Wednesday

Soooo I mentioned about baking at someone's house and then lynn suggested hers so TADA. Spent my day at lynn's house! xD (I have already wanted to go someone's house bake for a very long time already! I think since before Os. Heh.) Met up with ca and chia at tamp inter first before we headed to her house! The rest (dino, dx, ty and xr) joined us after their last minute interview at some place. Slacked at her house. I was watching my master's sun then they started to play audi.... HAHA there went my attention. I missed audi la hahaha. So I played audi awhile and then the rest came! Lynn, dx, ca and I started to bakeeeee cookies while the others just sometimes helped out a bit. Guess what, our first batch of cookies failed :-( So we decided to rebake! This time, it became chia, dx, ty and I! The rest went down to buy some baking stuff ahaha. Our second try's dough mixture looked not bad lehhh. But...

It failed again :-(

We were fated not to be chefs or bakers or whateverrrrr T-T HAHA nvm. I think we might try next time?? After lynn has finished her experiment with cookies LOLOL. They went to watch some horror movies while I cooped up in lynn's room to watcg my master's sun *-* But they found it sian so they changed their genre of movie, from horror to comedy. Teehee, so I went out to watch with them. We ended up playing mind games instead of watching movie though LOL. It was just not our movie day la, no movie de feeeelz. Yup so mind games. HAHAHA, I knew some of them! So fun to see people trying to figure out :p Idk some of the games also la haha took damn long to figure out, with the help of dx and ca for the first mind game! Headed home at around 11+??

Thursday

Went jogging in da morning 'cos I had not jog for a verrrrryyyyyy long time. For me ah, cause I've been pigging out so much that if I don't exercise or workout, I'll really turn into a life-size pig :'D Went cycling with lynn, chia, liann, dx and dino in the evening! LOL. I don't know how to cycle and I still dk how. So I had been having a tough time trying to learn cause I JUST COULDN'T BALANCE. Shit this man hahaha. So dx taught me how to cycle (thanks dx hahaha) while the rest cycled on their own and sat at the beach slacking ._. Tskkkk. Anyways, I was almost able to cycle but 2 hours' up and we had to return our bikes.... ALMOST LA ALMOST HAHAHA. (I think) Sighhh, gonna try again next time! But not now, this week's gonna be busy for me. :O Ohh, lynn chia and I got the job at IT FAIR!!!!! Wooooo, time to earn some monneeehhhhh $$$$. Having our job training this coming monday! Hope everything goes well during that 4 days we're working :/ Carry on with thursday ~ Lynn got injured while cycling sia her flesh came out or smth but the wound was so deep :/ Aiyooo but it should be fine ba! Caught catching fire at night afterwards. It was.... Lol. Not up to my expectations. It wasn't that goooood :-( The book version was so much better. And there weren't much fighting or exciting scenes. Aiya, the feeling I got after the end of the movie was like not 'whoaaaa'. It did not leave me in awe. That's sad. CAUSE I'D BEEN WAITING FOR IT TO COME OUT SINCE 'HUNGER GAMES'. Sighhhhhh. Now, I'm waiting for 'Mockingjay' to come out! HOPE IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT US PLS.

Yesterday

Woke up with freaking bad mood. Pms mode totally on. I don't know why as well. Probably cause I slept till very late or slept too much... Does that make sense??? Hahaha but sometimes when I have slept for too long I'll have headache and my mood really sucks o.o So... That kinda makes sense to me aha. Went to dye my hair yesterday! Hmmm, copper red I think. Took a photo of ma hair but couldn't really see the colour haha :/ When it gets obvious in some way, I'll share with yguys! ;-) And yesterday was freaking not my day man. Went to doc and found out that those dots dots on my cheeks were due to allergy... WAAAA MY FACE. My self-esteem drop tremendously cause of my face now zz. WHAT TO DOOOO. /spam water/ And then at night while eating my dinner, a small fish bone just got stuck in btwn my gum and tooth. Zzzzz. Didn't really want to visit dentist tho cause all the dental clinics were closed last night at 201. Then, my mum insisted to bring me to A&E.... I think quite exaggerated leh... Ended up having a dental appointment this morning lor. (Yup, I took out my fishbone which was damnnnn small, this morning thanks to the dentist) I was having a freaking bad mood ytd that everything pissed me off. Mega tornado in me sia I swear. A bomb may be a better word. Bombing anytime, anywhere lol.

Ok got to go now!!! Playing basketball after this ;-) Hehehe, oh and I have finally redownloaded my audi! Woooo, gonna play someday next time heh.
